On May 18, within the framework of the celebration of the European Week - 2017, DAAD programs were presented at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering. DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) is a German academic exchange service that provides scholarships for training, internships and research work in Germany.
The DAAD program supports persistent and talented people, helps to improve and expand knowledge, gain work experience, undergo training, conduct research in German universities. It has a very wide range of scholarships for students, graduate students, teachers and researchers.
The program was presented by the head of the DAAD Information Center in Kiev, Mrs. Gizela Zimmermann. She demonstrated the presentation and answered the questions of those present about the specifics of implementing the programs of the German Academic Exchange Service. Also the head of the Information Center DAAD advised to students who are now working on their own projects and want to implement them with DAAD programs. Participants had the opportunity to get useful information about the procedure for applying for grants, as well as writing motivation letters.
The presentation was attended by students, graduate students and teachers not only NUWEE, but also other higher educational institutions of the city.
